DESCRIPTION:Violinist Lisa Batiashvili, cellist Gautier Capuçon and Jean-Yves Thibaudet are not only in great demand as soloists - they have also been travelling as a trio for some time. After their 2018 performance at the Tonhalle Maag, the NZZ published an almost rapturous review: Batiashvili and Capuçon "can be described as soul mates", Thibaudet "fits in inspiringly as a counterpart".
