DESCRIPTION:The next generation of conductors learns from our Music Director Paavo Järvi in the third Conductors' Academy and gets the opportunity to work with the Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich. Over the course of several days, the young conductors receive important technical and musical impulses.

At the closing concert (Abschlusskonzert), you as the audience can vote for the winner of the audience prize. In addition, our Music Director invites a participant to the Pärnu Music Festival with the Paavo Järvi Scholarship.
